| :: Canterbury Cathedral :: We have been welcomed here with nothing short of open-arms. Walking tours of the city have brought Ancient Rome face to face with the 21st century. Augustine (594), Christopher Marlowe (1562), Dickens (19th c.), even Orlando Bloom (b. 1977), others have roots in this dynamic city. The Roman walled city is filled with winding streets, cobblestones, diversity, joy and song. Leaving students and myself filled with nothing short of wander lust. |
